Makes 2 servings
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg whites
generous amount of cinnamon
1 banana sliced
Combine rolled oats, cottage cheese, and egg whites in a blender to form a thick pancake batter like consistency. Do not over blend.
Cook on a hot non-stick pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray until golden brown.
Flip over until the other side is golden brown.
Top with sliced bananas.
Top with a little maple syrup. (optional)
