Garlic Green Beans with Pecans
Makes 6 servings
2 lbs green beans, ends trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with the oil.
2. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the green beans and saute until crisp, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the pecans until toasted through.
