The foodie that I am, I was excited that one of my Christmas presents this year was a food dehydrator! I love dried fruit, vegetables, etc! I’ve made Sweet Potato Chips, using my friends dehydrator. Now that I have my own, more dehydrator recipes to come!
This is a healthy alternative when you’re craving a crunchy snack and by incorporating more vegetables in your diet. Guilt free chips! Can’t stop at one chip, but that’s okay with these kale chips!
One cup kale packs in 9% of daily calcium, 206% of vitamin A, 134% vitamin C and 684% of vitamin K.
Chips that are okay to not stop at just one! Salt & vinegar kale chips will satisfy your chip craving.

What I really like about the dehydrator with these kale chips is that they stay crisp. When I’ve made them in the oven, you had to eat them right away because they wouldn’t keep well and stay crisp the next day.
