5-minute Thin Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza

Have you ever tried these Flat Out wraps? I think they are great with only 90 calories, high fiber, 9 g protein, and 100% whole wheat. You can use them as a wrap or make pizza, like this recipe! They work great for making a thin crust pizza because they are a little “dough-ier” than tortillas.

Everyone lives very busy lives. I myself just started a new full time job and the day just flies by. Not everyday I have time to cook a full dinner, so sometimes I have to get creative with a 5 minute dinner fix. With this simple recipe, dinner was done in 5 minutes and served with some veggies on the side. Quick and easy!

Craving Pizza? Don’t have much time? Curb your craving with this quick fix!

5-minute Thin Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza

Makes 1 pizza

1 (flat out) tortilla wrap
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 ounces shredded baked chicken breast
1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

1. Set the oven to broil. Place tortilla flat on a pan and slight broil until tortilla starts to brown. (By toasting the tortilla flat before putting on the toppings will help prevent the crust from becoming soggy.)

2. Remove tortilla wrap from oven and assemble pizza by evenly spreading the BBQ sauce, chicken, and cheese on top.

3. Place pizza back under the broiler and broil until cheese has melted.

*Keep an eye on your pizza throughout the whole cooking process to make sure it doesn’t burn.

  1. This post is too funny! I used to make these a lot when I was a single gal living alone. Now I never make them because usually my BF would not consider this a good meal (he would rather have real pizza). Last month he was trying to lose weight so I made him one of these and he asked me for three nights straight for me to make it! It really is a great recipe.
